One day, endless possibilities.
Expo 2025 brought together the best of Tasmania’s wedding community for a celebration of creativity, connection, and inspiration. Whether couples came with a full head of ideas or just a feeling, they left with excitement, and a team of passionate professionals ready to help bring their day to life.
This wasn’t just a showcase — it was a beautifully curated experience designed to reflect what Tasmanian weddings are really about: breathtaking talent, genuine connections, and the people behind every thoughtful detail.
A Celebration of Local Talent
From the moment doors opened, couples were immersed in creativity. Over 60 Tasmanian vendors transformed MAC02 into a vibrant and inspiring space, with interactive displays, styled installations, ceremony setups, signage ideas and floral moments.
Every booth told a story. Every detail was intentional. From stylists and celebrants to venues, florists, planners, and photographers — this was a gathering of Tasmania’s most in-demand wedding professionals, all under one roof.
Couples got the chance to talk face-to-face with the people behind the businesses — to ask questions, swap ideas, and find the ones who truly “got them.”
The Runway Shows
Fashion took centre stage with two bold, refined, and unmistakably Tasmanian runway shows at 11 am and 1 pm.
Curated by Tanya Ellis of S&I Styling (the creative force behind the Tasmanian Fashion Festival), each show celebrated modern love in all its forms. From bridal couture to sharp suits, the diversity of the runway reflected the diversity of the couples in the room.
Designers and boutiques featured included:
♥ Ziolkowski Evening & Bridal Couture ♥ Tux Hobart ♥ Routleys ♥ Timeless Elegance ♥ MJ Bale ♥ Confetti Bridal & Formal ♥ Les Lees
The models — confident, real, and proudly Tasmanian — reminded us all that style isn’t about trends; it’s about authenticity, presence, and walking into your day feeling like the best version of yourself.
Music by XO Sounds and a beautiful styled space by BW Events.
