From the moment the doors opened at Isle Weddings Expo 2025, there was a buzz of excitement in the air. Couples wandered in, hand in hand, eyes wide with inspiration, as Tasmania’s best wedding vendors welcomed them into a world of floral beauty, dazzling bridal fashion, exquisite cakes, and unforgettable wedding experiences.
At every turn, there was something to explore—romantic tablescapes, stunning gowns, and vendors eager to bring each couple’s dream day to life.
A Runway to Remember
All eyes turned to the runway as the Bridal & Groom Fashion Show began. Anticipation crackled through the air, and then— Timeless Elegance sent breathtaking gowns down the runway, each one more ethereal than the last. Grooms took center stage too, looking dapper in sharp suits by Tux Hobart, Les Lees, and MJ Bale. Completing the looks were flawless hair by Amanda Joy and makeup by Caitlin Powell, creating picture-perfect wedding day inspiration.
There were actual gasps and whispers of excitement from the crowd. Brides-to-be nudged their partners, pointing out their dream dress, while others snapped photos, already envisioning their own moment walking down the aisle.
Sip, Create & Indulge
Beyond the runway, the expo was brimming with interactive experiences. At one station, Bron from Billy Button Co. guided attendees through the art of crafting dried flower hair garlands, showing how even the smallest details can add a touch of magic to a bridal look.
Nearby, the scent of fresh citrus drifted through the air as Rachel from Shake It Tas shook and stirred signature wedding cocktails. Guests gathered around, sipping on beautifully crafted drinks and toasting to their future celebrations.
Sweet temptation was on hand with Caked by Jess offering cake samples that melted in the mouth. From delicate floral designs to decadent flavors, couples tasted their way to the perfect wedding cake, some even sneaking back for seconds.
Art, Confidence & Wedding Keepsakes
Artistry took center stage in more ways than one. As couples browsed the booths, Brandi Salmon’s brush glided effortlessly across a canvas, transforming a blank space into a live wedding painting, capturing the essence of a moment in real time. It was mesmerizing to watch—a unique way for couples to immortalise their wedding day.
Meanwhile, tucked away in a cozy, softly lit corner, Sarah from Sassy Boudoir offered a confidence-boosting mini boudoir shoot experience. Laughter and nervous excitement filled the space as plus-size model Steph, created intimate and empowering photos showing brides how.

As the expo drew to a close, there was a sense of satisfaction and inspiration in the air. Vendors packed up their beautifully styled spaces, couples clutched goodie bags and brochures, and new connections were made.
